Velma Marie Anderson, age 80 of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was a homemaker. She was born November 20, 1933 in Liberty, Kentucky the daughter of the late Talmadge Lee and Dorothy Alice (Haste) Clements. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – Vernon Anderson; three grandchildren – LaShan, Charlie and LaShell Anderson; one great grandchild – Claudia Yarger; two brothers – William and Bobby Clements and one sister – Violet Wright.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by three daughters – Wanda Osburn of Mt. Orab, Ohio, JoAnne Cash of Cincinnati, Ohio and Carol Yarger of Bethel, Ohio; one son – Glen Anderson of Morrow, Ohio; one sister – Rose Wilham of Liberty, Kentucky; twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Chuck Gray will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the New Harmony Cemetery near Mt. Orab, Ohio.
