Barbara Zena Dozier, 66, of Covington passed peacefully September 7, 2014 after a long illness. Born December 31, 1947 to Robert and Mary Jean (Herbold) Zena in Louisville, KY, Barbara was a well-known and respected expert in the field of sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. She retired from the NKY Convention and Visitors Bureau as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2013.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her brothers and sister: Randy Zena, Sam Zena, Karen (Zena) Thurman, Tony Zena, Christopher Zena; her niece Meggan Zena; nephews Andrew Zena and Shepard Thurman and many friends.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Mother of God Church in Covington, Ky., immediately followed by a Memorial Mass at noon.
