Loving boyfriend of Jamie Schwegler. Loving brother of Anthony Bills and Daniel (Brandy) Bills and stepbrother of Nicole (Joe) Kleeman, Stephanie Zoellner (Brian Weller) and Rob (Megan) Zoellner. Dear uncle of Rorrie Bills. Devoted grandson of William A. Bills, Pamela Muncy and great grandson of Barb Johnson. Also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins. Passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 27 years of age.
