Billy R. Marcum, age 66, of Fort Wright passed away on Sunday August 24, 2014. He was the devoted husband of Mary Jo Marcum. Loving father of Christopher Gastright, Liz Hampton (Dan), Brandee Marcum, and Adam Marcum (Taylor). Loving grandfather of Delaney Marcum, Seth Marcum, and Brody Gastright. He is also survived by siblings Jackie Criswell, Glenn Marcum, and Kenneth Marcum.

Bill served our country in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War. Bill was later honored with three Purple Hearts. He was very proud of his country and enjoyed spending time with his family.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 30, 2014 from 11 am – 1 pm at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, FT. WRIGHT. The service will follow at 1 pm.
