Frances (Fran) Barlow died happily at the Eastern Star Home in Louisville, KY on August 21st after attending the Kentucky State Fair. Frances loved the Eastern Star, Hopeful Lutheran Church, Kentucky, Boone County, and most of all her family and friends. Born August 27, 1925, daughter of Leslie and Ottie Barlow.

Frances was preceded in death by her siblings, Ralph, Doretta, Harold and Surface. She worked 44 years for Tate Builders Supply and was Treasurer Emeritus of the Kentucky Grand Chapter of Eastern Star. Frances taught all of us to see the positives in life and overlook the negative. Everyone who knew her will miss her.

She is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24 from 11AM – 3PM with Eastern Star services to follow at 3PM at Stith Funeral Homes, Florence.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 25 at 10AM at Hopeful Lutheran Church, Florence. Burial will be in Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery.
