William L. English, 70, of Okeana, died on August 20, 2014 at Hospice of Cincinnati Western Hills. He was a retired lineman with Cincinnati Bell & a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was the beloved husband of Danielle Schunk English, the devoted father of Catherine E. English & William L. English Jr., the beloved son of Edward R. & the late Catherine L. (nee Weise) English, the loving grandfather of Brittany Glancy, Joseph English, Elisabeth Manor & the late Bryan Glancy & gr. grandfather of Bryan William Glancy, the dear brother of Colleen Elaine & Betty Ann English, the dear uncle of Tracey Insprucker (Scott) & Angela Rizzo (Fred) & gr. uncle of Kenny, Ryan, Mitchel & Jarrod. Also survived by cousins & many friends.

Visitation Fri., Aug. 22, 7-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002 where the service will be held Sat., Aug. 23 at 10 AM.
