CARTER. Richard Keith "Rick" beloved husband of Jan Stein Carter for 33 years, cherished son of the late Leonard and Ruth Carter. Rick retired from Cincinnati Water Works after 16 years, former member of Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Norwood. Rick passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Age 65. Residence Norwood.

Celebration of Resurrection will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 1950 Nagel Rd., Anderson Twp, Ohio 45255 on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 11AM.
