Timothy K Race, age 54, resident of Harrison, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. He was born September 5, 1959 to Henry & Lillian (nee Alexander) Race and was 1 of 3 children.

After high school graduation he attended college. Shortly after, Timothy began working for the United States Postal Office in the maintenance department and retired in 2009. He married Dona (nee Means) on January 22, 2005.

He has 3 children: Richard, Zachary, and Seth.

Timothy did some teaching at Fortis College for awhile, and enjoyed going to concerts with Dona. He loved the outdoors, riding his motorcycle (Indian Chief), doing woodworking, and target shooting. He will be missed by all of those whose lives' he touched.

Those surviving who will honor Timothy's memory include loving wife: Dona (nee Means); beloved children: Richard (Chiharu) Hill, Zachary (Holly Edwards) Race & Seth Race; cherished grandchildren: Jessie & Sean Hill, and Conner & Sean Race; and devoted sisters: Donna (Robert) Smith, and Vicki (Robert) Tumler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Lillian (nee Alexander) Race.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 1PM until the time of Memorial Service at 3PM at the Brater-Winter Funeral Home, 201 S. Vine St., Harrison OH, 45030.
