Brian "Scott" Balsley, 53, died suddenly on July 25, 2014, at his residence. He was self-employed. He was the loving husband of Julie Ann (nee Runck) of 33 years. Devoted father of Aaron Scott Balsley (Karie Wegford) and Brad Balsley (TaLisa Ohmer). Beloved grandfather of Madisen Balsley, Devin, Dillian and Ashley Wegford. Dear brother of William "Fred" Balsley, Peggy Thompson, Jerry Balsley, Janice Geyer, Dave Balsley and the late Bobby and John Balsley, Sue Crihfield and Pat Balsley.

He was preceded in death by his parents William E. and Anna Mae (Mann) Balsley.

Visitation 10AM Friday August 1, 2014, until time of service at 1PM, at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami Ave. Cleves, OH 45002.
