Corinne R. Sheldon (nee Beardsley), 88, of Villa Hills, KY passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Madonna Manor. Corinne was born and raised in Mankato, Minnesota. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Lyle Sheldon and their infant son, Loren.

She married Lyle at age 18 and they moved to Colorado where they enjoyed fishing, hunting, and impromptu road trips on his motorcycle. They then moved to Barstow, CA where their son, Curtis was born. After building their own home; they opened and operated Sheldon’s Paint Store until their retirement.

Corinne and Lyle moved to Northern Kentucky in 1988. Corinne was an active member of Amazing Grace Lutheran Church. She is survived by her son, Dr. Curtis (Maureen) Sheldon, of Villa Hills, KY. She leaves behind six grandchildren; Dawn, Erick (Laura), Katie, Max, Brianne (Bret) and Bridget (Matt) along with seven great grandchildren; Ariana, Lola, Boe, Sophie, Colston, Emily and Calvin.

Visitation will be Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Amazing Grace Lutheran Church, 7804 Pleasant Valley Rd, Florence, KY 41042, from 11 A.M. until the time of service at 12:00 (Noon). Interment will immediately follow at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
