Dennis F. Wolking, 67, of Edgewood, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. He was a skilled craftsman and carpenter. Dennis served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Wolking.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Gamm Wolking, as well as, his children: Jason (Julie) Wolking, Greg (Heather) Wolking, Jill Wolking, and Betsy Wolking. Dennis was the grandfather of 3 grandsons and a granddaughter to be born in June. He also leaves behind his sisters and brother: Judy McGovern, Carol Schmeing, Beverly Henn, and Fred Wolking. Dennis was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Dennis’ life will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, Kentucky 41017 from 12:00 (Noon) until 2:00 p.m. A Catholic Blessing will take place at 2:00 p.m.
