Keith, Dr. Tracy Lynn, 52, died in Los Angeles, CA, on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 after a three-year battle with ovarian cancer.

Tracy is survived by her husband of 25 years, Tony Keith; her children, Jordan (22), Bailey (20), and Maxwell (16); her parents Ron and Sherry Madrick; her siblings, Ron Madrick, Jr. (Ann), Teri Wing (Wade), Kay Howard (Derek), and John Paul Madrick (Maggie); nephews, Nick Madrick and Tim Madrick; nieces, Mikayla Wing, Julianna Wing and Alyssa Wing; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and many friends.

A memorial Mass will be held Friday, August 4 at 2 p.m. at St. Timothy Catholic Church, Union, KY with a Celebration of Life to follow.
