Eugene "Gene" D. Lipps, loving husband of Audrey (nee Kennedy) Lipps. Dad of Butch Raugh and the late Sandra Tillett. Brother of Ervin (Joan) Lipps, Norma Baker, Mary (Paul) Disbennett, Roberta Whitford, the late Audrey Holt, the late John Lipps and the late Henry Lipps. Also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews who will greatly miss their uncle. Dearly departed on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the age of 83, after a lengthy illness.

Gene was retired from Procter and Gamble after 36 years. He was a Korean War Veteran along with being a 28 year member of the Moose Lodge, Lifetime Member of American Legion, V.F.W. and Cooties and Amvets - Post 1988.

Visitation on Monday (August 22) from 5-8pm at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. where amvets service will be held on Tuesday (August 23) at 10:30am immediately followed by funeral service by Fr. Jonathan.
