Earl "Rick" R. Kemplin, 54, of Fort Thomas, passed away on July 23, 2016. Born in Ft. Thomas on April 10, 1962 to Earl and Patricia (nee Kremer) Kemplin. Earl is survived by his sons, David and Richard Kemplin, parents, Earl and Pat Kemplin, sister, Vicki Plantholt granddaughter, Candice Dawn Hartley, grandson, Cole Christopher Hartley.

Visitation 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Friday, July 29, 2016 at Dobbling Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, July 29, 2016, at the funeral home with Rev. Mike Sweeney officiating.
