Visitation is from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, on Thursday, December 10, 2015, at the Full Gospel Church Of God-Lebanon Ohio, 1502 Deerfield Road, Lebanon (45036). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow Deerfield Cemetery - Morrow, Ohio in Morrow, Ohio.
