Christa Carol Kopp (née Kyle), 43, of Cincinnati, was welcomed into the loving embrace of her Heavenly Father, on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Christa is survived by her loving and devoted husband Robert “Bob” Kopp; her children: Ryan Barrie, Phillip Barrie, and Paige Barrie. She is also survived by her parents, James and Carol Kyle; her sisters, Tammy Kirsch (Ed), Denise Kyle, Jamie Craddock (Casey), and Brooke Brooks (Tommy); and her grandparents, Harry and Bernice Kyle.
Christa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Adalene Taylor. She will also be greatly missed by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hans and Annemarie Kopp, and her sister-in-law, Birgitt Hacker (Ted).
Christa will be remembered for her love of family, especially her children and her special Bobby, as well as her work family at Star One Relators, and her dogs, Lucy and Barley. Christa loved absolutely everything about Christmas, it was her holiday.
She had a passion for cooking gourmet meals, good wine, traveling, spending time at her cabin, and boating at Norris Lake. She had a particular fondness for fashion and tasteful style. Christa was readily available to her many friends and family members and always cheered up the room with her wonderful smile.
She was also very proud of her faith and a member of Mother of God Church.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2015, at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KENTUCKY 41017.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Mother of God Church, 119 West Sixth Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011. Private Entombment Services will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio. Middendorf Funeral Home, Ft. Wright is assisting the family.
