Patricia Ann Anness (nee Johnson), 68, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Hospice. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Tommy Anness.

Pat is survived by her children: Shelly Hurst (Charles), Rick Johnson, Dina Anness, and Harry Anness (Deanna). She also leaves behind her brothers: Ray Johnson (Connie) and Doug Johnson. Pat will be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Charles Hurst, Falon Hurst, Anthony Anness, Taylor Anness, Colton Anness, and 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will take place on Monday, October 5, 2015m at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KENTUCKY 41017, beginning at 5:00 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m., Rev. Mike Sweeney officiating.
