SANDS Judy, 76, of Owingsville, KY (formerly of Newport), went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2015. Judy is preceded in death by her parents; Cornelis and Dolly Willoughby, her sons; James and Joseph Sands; her brothers; John, Howard and Bill Willoughby, her sisters; Rosella Powers, Flossie Childers, Anna Dischar and Stella McGuire along with her great granddaughter, Kallissa Thomas.

Judy is survived by her children; Steve Sands, Sheila Sands, Raymond (Robin) Sands, Gary Sands, Mark Sands, Tamela Thomas, Diana (Robert) Becker and her sister Daisy Pentz. She has 15 grandchildren and 19 great – grandchildren whom will all miss Grandma’s delicious meals and hobbies, such as making bird houses.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5 from 10am until the time of service at 1pm both at Fares J Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will follow immediately afterwards at Evergreen Cemetery.
