Jack R. Mitchell, 76, of South Covington, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, June 24, 2015, with his family by his side. He is preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Mitchell.

Jack is survived by his wife, Patricia Louiso Mitchell. He is also survived by his children: Carla Heyob, of St. Petersburg, Florida, Robert Mitchell, of Tampa, Florida, and Scott Mitchell, of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. Jack will be missed by his 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother, Richard Mitchell, of Springfield, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, beginning at Noon until the time of Service at 1:00 p.m.
