Susan Bird Fitzgerald, daughter of the late Frank and Corinne Grieme, widow of William Francis Fitzgerald, loving mother of William McClintock (Jen) Fitzgerald and grandmother of William Riley Fitzgerald.

Susan was born in Cincinnati and attended St. Ursula Academy throughout her school years. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Education. While at the University she became a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and was a very active both as a collegiate and an alumna, having served on several local and regional boards.

Closest to her heart was her family which she held very dear. She also loved to entertain, to cook and garden, play bridge, and delve into family genealogy. She was happiest at the beach. Died April 24, 2015, residence Anderson Township.

Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church on Friday May 1 at 11 A.M. Friends may visit at the Church on Friday 9:30 A.M. to 11 A.M.
