Matthew Paul Barrett age 33 of Middletown went to meet his Heavenly Father on Wednesday April 22, 2015. He was born November 15, 1981 in Middletown, Ohio.

Matthew leaves behind his beautiful daughter Grace Leanne Barrett. Gracie was the love of his life and the center of his universe. He was a member of A New Beginning Church in Middletown.

He is also survived by his parents Sheila and Arnold Duncan; one sister Stephanie (Scott) Baker; two brothers Arnold Duncan Jr. and Charles (Ileen) Barrett III; one sister in law Carrie Duncan as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Matthew was preceded in death by his father Charles Barrett II, his grandparents Rev. Lawrence and Opal Flannery, and his uncle Robert Flannery.

Visitation will be at A New Beginning Church 200 S. Marshall Rd. Middletown, OH 45044 on Sunday April 26, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Funeral service will be conducted on Monday April 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the church with Pastor Kyle Worley and Pastor Bill Flannery, officiating. Burial to Follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
