Mary Jean Dooley (nee Eichholz), passed away peacefully on February 17, 2015, after a long and valiant health struggle at the age of 91 years young. She was a retiree of the Cincinnati Enquirer, after a 32 year career. She was a member of St Therese Church and its Club 55 and the Altar Society. Jean was also a member of the Bellevue Veterans' Retiree Club and volunteered at St. Luke Hospital in Ft. Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Stanley P. Dooley, in 1969, her parents, Harry and Marie Eichholz and her brother, James Eichholz.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Judi Dooley of Crestview Hills, KY and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also know as "mom" by the at least 20 people who enjoyed her love and caring and held a special place in her heart.

Memorial Mass and a celebration of her life will be held 10:00am Saturday, March 28, 2015, at the St. Therese Church, 11 Temple Place, Southgate, Kentucky 41071.
