Mary Jean Warken, age 89, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, George; her son Douglas; her parents, Otto and Albertha Amann, and her brothers; Tommy, James, and Donald Amann.

She is survived by her sons: Dennis (Jean) of Florence, Kevin of Independence, and Barry of Laurel, Maryland; her daughter, Rebecca (Stephen) of Ludlow. She will also be greatly missed by her brother, David Amann (Marybeth) of Florence; her grandchildren: Alison (Stephen) Braun; and her great granddaughter, Sophia. Jean has donated her body to science.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Agnes Church, Ft. Wright, on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Friends and Family are invited to gather at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, FT. WRIGHT, is assisting the family.
