Dorothy A. Mazzaferri (nee Feldmann), beloved wife of the late Anthony "Tony" Mazzaferri, devoted mother of Jerry (Mary Kay) Mazzaferri, Danny (Carol) Mazzaferri, and Sandy (Patrick) McCluskey, loving grandmother of Lisa (Charles) Boggs, Beth Mazzaferri, Mike (Tracy) Mazzaferri, Theresa (Gene) Torisky, Gina (Matt) Tabler, Lori (Matthew) Daniels, and Brian (Tracy) McCluskey, dear sister of Thelma (Ray) Frankenhoff, Gus (Jackie) Feldmann, and Lois Wallace. Caring sister-in-law of June Mazzaferri and the late Rose (Ed) Ledwin, Ida (Bernie) Cohen, and Gloria Bastin. Also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a long time parishioner at Guardian Angels Church. Dorothy previously worked in a dress shop and was a designer at U.S. Shoe before her employment with Fas Foto where she served as Secretary of the Union. Along with her husband, she was a member of The Marchigiana Society for many years.

She enjoyed craft making, photography, art, painting, decorating, music, fishing, gardening, and the outdoors. Besides being an avid bowler, she loved to dance and won many trophies with her husband.

Grandma will be remembered most for her cooking and funny humor. Dorothy was extremely vivacious and had a zest for life. Died, January 19, 2014. Age 96 years. Residence Mt. Washington.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church on Saturday, January 24 at 10 am. Friends may visit at the church on Saturday from 9 am to 10 am.
