Gripshover, Tammy Lynn, 48, of Vevay, Ind.. Passed away December 12, 2014 at her Home. She worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Tammy Lynn is survived by Husband; Charles Gripshover, Sons; Zachary Meyer, Maxwell Francis, Daughters; Desiree Hutton, Laci Meyer, Brothers; Ronnie Rice, Larry Francis, Sister; Carol Eppert, Rhea Smith, 6 Grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, December 15, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 Pm.at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Elsmere. Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday at 11:00 Am at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill, Ky.
