John E. Smith, Sr., 57, of Cincinnati, passed away November 10, 2014. He is survived by his significant other, Phyllis Schweickart; children, John (Melinda) Smith, Jr., Laurie Smith (Nicholas Davidson) and Michael Smith; grandchildren, Dylan, Trenton, Coleson, Hunter and Nicholas; siblings, Judy, Ray, Patty, Nancy, Paula and Sheila; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Ann Daniels-Smith and siblings Carol and Harry/”Butch”.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 15 from 3 PM until the time of the service at 6:45 PM at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45230. As per John’s wishes, please wear casual attire for the service.
