Schaefer James J., beloved son of the late George A. & Mary (nee Ewald) Schaefer, loving father of Alexandra, John, Nicholas, Victoria & the late James II, former husband & friend of Laura A. Schaefer, dear brother of JoAnn (Tom) Callahan, Mary Lee (Bob) Busam, George A. (Betty Ann) Schaefer, Jr., Robert M. (Eileen) Schaefer & John M. (Linda) Schaefer, many nieces & nephews.

Jim was a graduate of St. X High School, Xavier University, UC School of Law & a proud Veteran of the US Army JAG Corps. Jim served the majority of his career as an assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor. He left this world well loved Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at age 51 with his family by his side.

Family will greet friends Friday 12 PM until time of memorial Blessing at 1 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.
